Brad Roehrenbeck is Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MedCost. He is responsible for providing general legal counsel to all of MedCost’s business units and overseeing matters relating to corporate, legal, and regulatory compliance. Brad Roehrenbeck is Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at MedCost. Brad regularly advises the company on a broad array of evolving legal issues including the Affordable Care Act, ERISA, HIPAA, state insurance laws, and other regulatory matters. MedCost, headquartered in Winston-Salem, is jointly owned by North Carolina Baptist Hospital and Carolinas Healthcare System.

Prior to joining MedCost, Brad practiced commercial litigation in the Winston-Salem office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. Before that, he clerked for the Honorable Ben F. Tennille, Chief Judge of the North Carolina Business Court. In addition to his law degree, he obtained his BA in Music from Wake Forest. When not at MedCost, Brad enjoys watching Cubs baseball, playing music, and spending time with his wife, Allison, and three young children.
