Sally A. Irvin serves as Associate Director for Faculty and Technology Services for the Worrell Professional Center and an Adjunct Professor of Law. She teaches Legal Research for the first year Legal Analysis, Writing and Research course and also teaches Advanced Legal Research. She earned her B.A. from Stetson University, her M. Ed. In Educational Technology from University of South Florida, M.L.S. degree from University of South Florida and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law. In Educational Technology from University of South Florida, M.L.S. degree from University of South Florida and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law. Sally is an advocate for women's heart disease awareness and prevention. She has served on the Board of WomenHeart – the National Coalition for Women With Heart Disease, and speaks frequently for the American Heart Association on the subject of women's heart disease. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Wake Forest Baptist Health's Women's Heart Center. In 2013 she was elected as the Public Member to the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification for the American Board of Nursing Specialties. As of 2019 she serves as Public Member of the Board for the Competency & Credentialing Institute (CCI). Sally, and her miniature poodle Story, compete in dog agility, obedience and rally.
