David Hall

Adjunct Professor of Law
Assistant District Attorney at Forsyth County


Mr. Hall is a senior Assistant District Attorney for the 21st Prosecutorial District, which is based in Winston-Salem, NC. He prosecutes violent crimes, including homicides and habitual felons. He is a graduate of UNC-G and Wake Forest University School of Law (‘91). While at Wake Forest Law School, Mr. Hall was a member of the National Trial Team and was elected to the Order of the Barristers. He has served as Assistant Coach and Head Coach for Wake Forest’s National Trial Team. He teaches Trial Practice on the adjunct faculty at Wake Forest.

Mr. Hall is also a faculty member at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina, where he teaches prosecutors from across the nation. He frequently lectures to bar association and civic organizations. Mr. Hall received the Distinguished Service Award from the North Carolina District Attorneys Association.
