Brad Grider is the Director of Global Talent Management & Labor/NGO Relations at Hanesbrands Inc. in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He has extensive human resources and labor relations experience working for industry leaders Alcoa, Rockwell Automation, Pilkington Glass, Federal-Mogul, and Hanesbrands. Throughout his career, he has negotiated collective bargaining and closure agreements with major U.S. unions, served as company advocate in labor arbitration hearings, and responded to NLRB charges. He currently provides guidance on international negotiations and union/management relations, and works closely with the global supply chain and corporate social responsibility group in dealings with international unions and civil society/non-governmental organizations.
Mr. Grider received his B.S. in Psychology and Masters in Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. He is serving his third term on the Board of Directors of the Fair Labor Association, a multi-stakeholder initiative, and is a frequent guest speaker and panelist for the HR Policy Association in Washington, D.C.
