H. Lee Davis, Jr. is a Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Davis & Hamrick, L.L.P. in Winston-Salem, NC. He received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University in 1974 and a J.D. from Wake Forest University in 1977. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts as well as the United States District Courts for North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Davis primary practice area is insurance defense litigation. He serves on the faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Southeast Regional Trial Skills Program. He has also served as chair of the NC Bar Foundation’s Trial Practice Curriculum Committee and is a frequent course planner and speaker at Continuing Legal Education Seminars. He is a certified mediator and is a member of the NC Association of Defense Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, The Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the American Trucking Association, the Trucking Industry Defense Association, and the NC Trucking Association.
