Professor Babcock earned his J.D. Degree from Wake Forest University in 1985, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University in 1987. He practices law in Winston-Salem with the firm of Wall, Esleeck, Babcock, L.L.P. Professor Babcock represents clients in corporate, tax and securities law matters, including mergers and commercial business transactions. He has served as an officer in the North Carolina Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
